All individuals 6 months of age and older who reside in the United States are eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccines and boosters at our health centers located in Mount Vernon, Greenburgh, and Yonkers.
The CDC recommends that everyone ages 12 and older get an updated vaccine when they become eligible. The updated booster provides broader protection against the newer BA.4 and BA.5 Omicron subvariants. We have the updated booster at our Mount Vernon and Greenburgh locations.
COVID-19 services are open to everyone; you do not have to be a registered patient of our health centers. Call to schedule an appointment time or request an appointment online. You may also walk in and request an appointment.
What to bring: At the time of your appointment or at your visit to the health center, please bring your insurance card and photo ID.
