Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management will be responsible for planning and organizing a comprehensive human resources program, including assessment, recruitment, selection, staffing, and classification. Develop, recommend and administer policies and regulations for the human resources program. Manage the Risk Management Program and Claims Management process for the organization. The incumbent in this class will be required to be an Employment attorney with pertinent knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations applicable to Human Resource Management. Ability to provide general guidance on personnel laws and issues to administrative staff. Ability to identify and assess organizational risk and develop effective risk management programs.
